New Monday classes with Sam

Come and give my new Monday classes a go!
Group Fitness Instructor, Sam, shares information about 2 new Monday classes she leads that started this month. ABT - (abs, butts and thighs) and 50:50 Weights/Step

If you don’t know what an ABT class or a 50:50 class is, the best way to find out is to come on down and give it a go.
But in case you want to know what you’re getting yourself into:
- ABT focuses on strengthening, toning and shaping your lower body and core
- 50:50 incorporates 50% weight training and 50% cardio using a step to give you a full body workout that melts fat, increases fitness and tones and strengthens your entire body
Both classes have lots of different options, including high and low impact, or no impact, and using weights is entirely optional. If you can’t decide which one to try.....why not both?
And if you can’t make it to either, come and join us on Wednesday nights at 5.30pm in BODYCOMBAT, a high energy mixed martial arts inspired workout designed to increase cardio fitness, speed, strength and agility.....you will work hard but you will have so much fun doing it!
