HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

My background was fairly sedentary, apart from water skiing, up until I had my two children in the mid-eighties and I discovered Aerobics. I have been in the fitness industry since the late 80’s instructing classes and Personal Training. I have instructed almost every type of fitness class in this time and trained a wide variety of clients, but now concentrate on my love of Indoor Cycling and Suspension Training. I have seen a huge change in the industry in this time with exercise becoming more varied and more accessible for people. I enjoy every aspect of the fitness industry and feel privileged to be able to help people change their lives. I enjoy working with people new to exercise and passing on to them my love of all things Fitness and teaching them correct technique and how to train more effectively, especially those that are time poor.
