HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

Health and Fitness became a true passion of mine in my early 20s. Prior to that, I had always had an active childhood, playing netball and competing in ballroom dancing. After high school I worked in an office environment and became dormant. I also realized Maccy D’s and Hungry Jacks was no longer working for me and my clothes were rapidly shrinking…. Or I was growing… OUTWARDS! A few KGs later I adopted healthy eating habits and actively participating in group fitness such as Les Mills, Triathlon and basically anything active that I enjoyed. After giving birth to my 3rd child 10 years ago I decided to pursue a career within the health and fitness industry and completed cert III and IV in health and fitness at the Australian Institute of Fitness. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Health Science at Murdoch University to enhance my skills as a Personal Trainer and provide the best training and results for my clients as possible.
