HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

Being fit and healthy has always been a massive part of my life. I was a Dancer for 14 years doing a wide range from ballet to jazz to acrobatics. At the same time I was also taking part in group sports and had a love for hockey, loving to help and motivate team mates. Throughout school I was always active in all athletics and swimming events, and took part in studies that allowed me to do a wide range of outdoor physical activities such as mountain biking, hiking and snorkeling. I got started in the fitness industry after having multiple injuries and was made to stop dancing and playing sports all together. I completed my Cert 4 in fitness whilst at school, then graduated and got started straight into the fitness industry. I immediately fell in love with helping others achieve their goals to improve their lifestyle. My main focus is to make everyone’s day to day life better by doing functional movement and working on posture correction and making sure everyone has the correct form when completing exercises.
