HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

My passion for all things health and fitness started at a young age where I was naturally active, seeking the great outdoors. I have participated in athletics, rugby, tennis, mountain biking and basketball from a young age and have most recently taken to ocean swimming, bodyboarding, surfing and SUP. My passion for health and fitness progressed into a career when I developed my skills to suit everyday functional strength and mobility.
I take a holistic approach to training both myself and others focusing on functional strength, mindset, goal setting, nutrition and injury management. I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through education and motivation leading to and maintaining a healthier and happier lifestyle.
