Background

Health and Fitness has always been a huge part of my life since a young age. I started playing Football (Soccer) when I was 9 years old and I’m still playing today. I have completed my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness & Sport and upon the completion of this, I wanted to further my knowledge. I then enrolled into University to study Exercise & Sports Science to better understand how I could become a stronger athlete and improve my sporting performance. Now that I have the knowledge, I am extremely confident in my ability to teach and assist individuals from any sporting field on how to improve their physical capabilities and overall sports performance. Afterall, if you treat your body well by keeping fit and healthy, you will be injury free and that means you are able to play at your full potential and live a healthy life. I am an extremely motivated person who has great attention to detail and someone who puts in that little bit extra effort for you. Being able to help improve someone’s fitness ambition/goal even the slightest bit only drives my passion more. Let’s do this!!
