HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

I enjoy all forms of martial arts (4 years in karate, 2 years in Jujitsu and women’s self-defense). I have been fortunate to be given the opportunity to assist with instructing junior karate, kids’ Jujitsu and women’s self-defense classes. I became interested in bio-mechanics of human body movements during my martial art training and decided to study Fitness at West Coast Institute, where I qualified as a Fitness Instructor. It’s a great feeling to be able to help people to achieve their fitness goals and seeing them become more comfortable and confident with themselves. I am ready to help you to make a change and will encourage you to be the best you can!
