Growing up in Scotland, I spent most of my time being active, playing football, riding bikes etc. I was brought up with a very sporty family and that’s what has given me the love and passion for this lifestyle. I completed my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness as soon as I finished school in 2014, I knew from the start that I loved the industry and always wanted to have a career in what I enjoy. Helping people reach their goals is such a great feeling because I know I am helping someone’s life and making them feel better mentally and physically. I am constantly learning which motivates me to develop my skills to benefit others on their fitness journey.
