HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

It all started with my childhood in a family of active, happy people who participated in water skiing, both socially and competitively and a country background with many outdoor activities including horse riding. We ate simply and kept active which has been the cornerstone of my health and wellbeing ethos. I in turn, instilled in my own family of three children the same simple but important life lessons and have the privilege of being a very proud parent of healthy, active and balanced young people. At this point, I realized where my passion lay, which triggered my adult learning journey to enable myself to nurture the caring, empathetic side of my personality along with my patience and persistence, and how best to use those skills to work with people to achieve their Health and Wellness goals.
Guiding people to prioritize and understand the importance of good health for longevity and quality/balanced lifestyle and creating good habits is extremely fulfilling. Assisting people to overcome any hurdles they feel holding them back from their goals is extremely important in moving forward.
