Background
It all started at the age of 5, in a 50m² apartment in Hungary, where working out with my mom using old-school Aerobics VHS’s stole my heart forever. From then, I was committed to travelling 40 minutes to the nearest gym, often in snow and hail, just to exercise my body and stay active.
The desire to learn more about the art of movement and weight-training continued when I decided to help others and share my knowledge as a qualified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, 7 years ago. Throughout these years, I have had the privilege of gaining an extensive range of experience by working full-time in Fitness, helping hundreds of one on one personal training clients to achieve their goals and by creating a broad-spectrum of fun, small group-training circuit programs.
Since being in the fitness industry, I have realised an enduring passion for helping elderly and adolescents, to improve the quality of their lives through movement-based, light-weight - often body-weight - training, so that they are able to use their body to the best of its potential. I value the power of healthy nutrition and an active lifestyle and I uphold and practice these values myself.
