HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

Group Fitness Classes provide an energetic and motivating atmosphere, with classes often set to music and a supportive instructor encouraging you to push yourself just that little bit more.

Regular Personal Training sessions are great, but the cost can start to add up. In Group Fitness Classes you have all the benefits of a highly trained instructor at a fraction of the price. They will give you tips, guide you through the class, and check your form to ensure that you are getting the most out of the exercise and not at risk of injury. They will also gauge the abilities of the group and give options to pull it back or increase the intensity depending on how experienced you are.
There’s also a chance at the end to ask any questions about the workout or a specific exercise, with most Group Fitness instructors more than happy to answer any queries that you may have.
It’s easy to push exercise to the bottom of your priority list when you don't have the time specifically dedicated to it. Group Exercise Classes at HBF Arena run 7 days a week from early in the morning right through to the evening, so there’s always a class running that you can fit into your schedule. There are also options for shorter 30 minute classes alongside the more standard 1 hour sessions so there’s no excuse to not accommodate some time for exercise.

Expertly designed workout
Each Group Fitness Class at HBF Arena has been carefully designed to give you maximum results in a way that is safe and effective. While there are a ton of different styles and approaches to working out, each claiming to be the best, participating in a class takes out all of the guess work and incorporates scientifically-backed techniques such as interval training and weights in ways that have been tested by professional trainers.
When training by yourself it can be easy to skip over the exercises that you find difficult or don't really know how to do, whereas when you are in a class situation you are guided through each move and taught proper technique. It also means that you will always be doing a proper warm-up, cool down and stretch which is important in order to avoid injury and minimise any muscle soreness the next day.
Try something new
If you have been doing the same old routine it may be time to branch out and try something new. If you don't mix up your training your body quickly adapts and you will stop seeing results, so it’s important to keep it fresh and incorporate new things in your program.
