A little about Natalie
Fitness has been a big part of my life ever since I was young. I participated in martial arts since I was 11 years old, competing at state, national and international Level. During my 15 years of training at these levels I realised success as State Individual Champion and Australian Teams Sparring Champion and achieved a 3rd Dan Black Belt. I know what it takes to compete at a professional level and the importance of “goal setting” to get the most out of your training.
