Group fitness room makeover

Sunday 20 - Friday 25 September our Group Fitness Room will undergo a transformation.
During this week the room will not be available for classes. Our group fitness team has organised a group fitness timetable to cover this period with as little disruption as possible. Please see below and refer to Main Reception for more information.

As Body Pump and Freestyle Weights cannot be conducted during the week of the upgrade the following class types will be conducted in their place. Class location will vary during the upgrade week. Please ask Main Reception for your class location.

Replacement Class Description
METAFIT is a style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness and rocket your energy levels. The METAFIT bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat.
BODY WEIGHT class will tone and strengthen. Muscles learn how to use the body's own weight to develop strength, speed, endurance, agility, stamina and power. The BODYWEIGHT class is a high energy, intense hour of training. Combinations of body weight exercises such as squats, pushups, burpees, lunges and so much more will work your body!
