Renee's fitness achievements continue

Renee is going from strength to strength in achieving her health and fitness goals but she is still determined to achieve more.
Personal trainer Rafa and member Renee have achieved impressive results together but there are more to come in 2020.
Renee's fitness journey commenced in August 2018 and in this time she has achieved some solid and impressive results, dropping five dress sizes and more than 20kg!
Working with Personal Trainer Rafa, they have most recently been using mesocycles of eight weeks (periodisation). In the last cycle of strength they saw some solid and very impressive results achieved:
- 7.2kg body weight loss
- 2.2kg increase of muscle mass
- 27cm decrease in girth measurements
- Increased strength 1RM bench press (35 to 47,5kg / leg press 280 to 330kg)
- cardiovascular capacity is more efficient (performing tests and recovering faster)
- LME (local muscle endurance) significantly increased (performing many more repetitions of the same exercise in a given time)
Rafa says, "I really enjoy working with Renee. She is mentally and physically stronger than she has ever been since we started training together in August 2018. It is amazing to watch the positive changes that exercise has on both mind and body.
As a trainer, it is my duty to acknowledge and help with my clients needs, desires and goals. By showing them respect and putting trust in their purpose and commitments, we achieve great things together.
Renee and I have big goals for this year such as getting her body weight down to two digits. We can't wait to share them with you."
