HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

BODYCOMBAT is a Les Mills class that is focused on toning the muscles in the body and improving overall cardiovascular fitness in a mixed martial arts inspired workout. Taking movements from Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, BODYCOMBAT is a high energy group fitness class where participants kick and punch their way to fat loss. Classes typically run for one hour and are suitable for all levels.
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a 60 minute or 30 minute group fitness class that uses weighted barbells to challenge and push all of the major muscle groups in the body. BODYPUMP uses moderate weights and high repetition movements to burn fat, gain strength and increase lean muscle for the legs, chest and arms. Participants can expect lots of squats, chest presses and bicep curls.
The Les Mills BODYSTEP class uses a height adjustable step combined with movements to create a full body, cardio oriented workout. Cardio blocks of the class are followed by conditioning movements, which helps shape and tone your body. BODYSTEP is a one hour class that will push your body into fat burning gear.
