HBF Arena is approximately 1km from the Joondalup railway station, about 15 minutes by foot. Buses run regularly from the train station and surrounding suburbs.
There are 1000 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

Anyone can do it!
Personal training is not as intimidating as it may sound or as you may have heard (or seen on TV!). Simply put – alongside providing nutritional guidance your trainer will assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals and plan a tailored fitness programme with individually designed workouts. They will be available to provide direction on each exercise and will motivate and encourage you to remain focused to reach your goals.
Sessions do not necessarily have to be ongoing; just a few sessions can do wonders to kick start or reinvigorate your fitness regime.
